- RUBBER JOINTS

RUBBER JOINTS are built with different rubber types it depend to
the used fluid (EPDM, NBR, NEOPRENE, HYPALON,
VITON etc..) and with different lenghts. The available item are:

FLANGED JOINT, FEMALE THREADED ENDS JOINTS, PIPE METAL
CONNECTORS

GT FLEX can to supply also special rubber joints since to DN 3000
and with special flanges and materials (UNI PN 6, UNI PN 25 ANSI
150, 300 or Stainless Steel 304, 316 etc.), limit tie rods sets and
vacuum rings.
- METALLIC BELLOWS JOINTS
-
The GT FLEX's METALLIC EXPANSION JOINTS, are built with multiply bellows
in stainless steel 321, 304 or 316, with different number plies it
depend from working pressure (since to PN 64); The different item are:

AXIAL, ANGULAR, GIMBAL, LATERAL, SPHERICAL LATERAL, UNIVERSAL,
PRESSURE BALANCED.

If necessary all our metallic joints are certified for
European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/CE
- DISMANTLING JOINTS
-
The DISMANTLING JOINTS are used to remove valves or others
elements, when this operation is very difficult, for special flanges
or working troubles. These dismantling joints have dismantling stroke to solve these situations and easy remove these components.
These joints are divided into two categories: 3 FLANGES DISMANTLING
JOINTS (OR TELESCOPIC) and BELLOW DISMANTLING JOINTS.
- FLEXIBLE HOSES WITH BRAID

FLEXIBLE HOSES are two: type 1 and type 2; The first are built
with flexible hoses in stainless steel 321, 316 or 304, covered with 1 or 2
braids in stainless steel 304. The seconds they can be built in
P.T.F.E., rubber or silicon. For all these hoses, lenght and fittings
are from customer request.
- ROLL SUPPORTS (FOR PIPE
SUPPORTS)

ROLL SUPPORTS are very important to piping installation with
very high vertical load and also for insulated and covered pipe and in
all other situations where is necessary to eliminate friction on the
support's point, caused by pipe's axial expansion. Our roll supports
are built in different items to depend from pipe type, vertical load
and to absorbe movement.
- P.T.F.E. JOINTS
- P.T.F.E. JOINTS to difference of those in stainless steel, are
used in the chemical area, being the one P.T.F.E. of the little
materials in a position of to resist the passage of the aggressive
chemists and of numerous other fluids. In the standard configuration
these joints are supplied with flanges and limit rods set.

- TEXTILE JOINTS

TEXTILE JOINTS (or textile expansion joints) are built
with special textile fibers with temperature high resistance (also for
1000°C), and for much fluid conveyed. These textile joints are built on
specific of the customer and they can to be supplied, round, square o
rectangular for flange or squeeze.
