AXIAL EXPANSION JOINTS "GTW" PN 16

Axial Expansion Joints GTW    Axial Expansion Joints GTW  click on the picture to see detailed catalougue

Axial expansion joints GTW PN 16, are built with multi-ply bellow and inner sleeve in stainless steel and connected with welding ends (GTW-M) or flanges UNI PN 16 (GTW-F), in painted carbon steel. These expansion joints are normally used for water, steam, diathermic oil, conditionig plants and all other situation where is necessary to absorbe axial dilatation, also thanks to inner sleeve that eliminate micro turbulence for corrugate bellow, facilitating fluids passage. Diameters available are from 15 to 300. For other informations, see the detailed catalogue clicking on the picture.

AXIAL EXPANSION JOINTS "GTW4" PN 16 (ALL S.S. 304)

Axial Expansion Joints GTW      click on the picture to see detailed catalougue

Axial expansion joints GTW4 PN 16, are built with multi-ply bellow and inner sleeve in stainless steel and connected with welding ends (GTW4M) or flanges (GTW4F), also in stainless steel 304. These expansion joints are normally used for sanitary plants, hospitals plants, near the sea (due to salinility), steam, diathermic oil, conditionig plants and all other situation where is necessary to use stainless steel. Diameters available are from 20 to 200. For other informations, see the detailed catalogue clicking on the picture.

AXIAL EXPANSION JOINTS AND ANTI-VIBRATIONS

Axial Expansion Joints and Antivibrations    Axial Expansion Joints and Antivibrations  click on the picture to see detailed catalougue

Axial expansion joints are built with multi-ply bellow in stainless steel 304, 321 o 316, with different number plies to depend the design pressure (PN), with or withour inner sleeve and are standard connected, with welding ends (M), fixed flanges (F) or floating (FL), all in painted carbon steel (at customer's request is possible in stainless steel). GT FLEX can to supply expansion joints certified for European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/CE with big diameter (diameter 2000 and more big). For other informations, see the detailed catalogue clicking on the picture.

ANGULAR EXPANSION JOINTS

Angular Expansion Joints   Angular Expansion Joints  click on the picture to see detailed catalougue

Angular expansion joints are built with multi-ply bellow in stainless steel 304, 321 o 316, with different numbers of plies that depend on the design pressure (PN) and are standard connected with welding ends (NM) or fixed flanges (NF) in painted carbon steel (at customer's request is possible in stainless steel). These expansion joints are designed to absorbe angular movements for only one rotation plan and normally are used in double or triple configuration. GT FLEX can supply angular expansion joints certified for European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/CE with big diameter (diameter 2000 and bigger). For other informations, see the detailed catalogue clicking on the picture.

GIMBAL EXPANSION JOINTS

Gimbal Expansion Joints    Gimbal Expansion Joints  click on the picture to see detailed catalougue

Gimbal expansion joints are built with multi-ply bellow in stainless steel 304, 321 o 316, with different numbers of plies that depend on the design pressure (PN) and are standard connected with welding ends (DM) or fixed flanges (DF) in painted carbon steel (at customer's request is possible in stainless steel). These expansion joints are designed to absorbe angular movements for all rotation plan and normally are used in double or triple configuration. GT FLEX can to supply gimbal expansion joints certified for European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/CE with big diameter (diameter 2000 and bigger). For other informations, see the detailed catalogue clicking on the picture.

LATERAL EXPANSION JOINTS

Lateral Expansion Joints  click on the picture to see detailed catalougue

Lateral expansion joints are built with multi-ply double bellow in stainless steel 304, 321 o 316, with different numbers of plies that depend on the design pressure (PN) and are standard connected with welding ends (LM) or fixed flanges (LF) in painted carbon steel (at customer's request is possible in stainless steel). These expansion joints are designed to absorbe lateral movements for only one rotation plan because are similar to two angular expansion joints, that they synergy worked. GT FLEX can to supply lateral expansion joints certified for European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/CE with big diameter (diameter 2000 and bigger). For other informations, see the detailed catalogue clicking on the picture.

SPHERICAL LATERAL EXPANSION JOINTS

Spherical Lateral Expansion Joints  click on the picture to see detailed catalougue

Spherical lateral expansion joints are built with multi-ply double bellow in stainless steel 304, 321 o 316, with different number plies to depend the design pressure (PN) and are standard connected with welding ends (SM) or fixed flanges (SF) in painted carbon steel (at customer's request is possible in stainless steel). These expansion joints are designed to absorbe lateral movements for all rotation plan because are similar to two gimbal expansion joints, that they synergy worked. GT FLEX can to supply spherical lateral expansion joints certified for European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/CE with big diameter (diameter 2000 and bigger). For other informations, see the detailed catalogue clicking on the picture.

UNIVERSAL EXPANSION JOINTS
