Rubber Joints Cover "GT JACKET"

RUBBER JOINT COVER "GT JACKET" are used
per to protect our rubber joints from ambient's acids attack, from sea
salt, from solar light and from old time ageing decrease. Our first
usage is on sprinkler systems plants like "FLAME RETARDANT",
to protect the rubber joint from flames, because GT JACKET is built
with NOT INFLAMMABLE MATERIALS and is the best solution to save the
rubber joint, to necessary time for activate the sprinlkler system
plant.

VACUUM RINGS are built in stainless steel AISI 316 and are placed into the rubber joints, to use in case of vacuum,
to avoid the collapse of rubber body. Diameters available in ready
delivery are from DN 65 (for smaller is not necessary) to DN 600.

- Limit Tie Rods

LIMIT TIE RODS are used to contain exceeded axial
movements, that are higher of the rubber joint's capability (axial
movement), to avoid the rubber body break. The limit tie rods are
supplied in single "KIT" composed from: 1 threaded bar, 4 nuts, 2
washers in zinc carbon steel, 2 rubber washers and
2 gusset plate in zinc carbon steel with holes adapted to
connect with flanges (UNI, ANSI etc.).
