Rubber joints A-FLEX are built with different kinds of rubber that depend on the used fluid (EPDM, NBR, NEOPRENE, HYPALON, VITON etc..). Usually are supplied with flanges UNI PN 10, 16 or ANSI 150 in zinc carbon steel, but is possible to supply other flanges type or materials (UNI PN 25/40, ANSI 300 o INOX 304, 316 ecc.). The largest usage of these joints is for anti-vibrations/expansion joints, in all industrials and civil piping plants. Diameters available in our warehouse are from diameter 25 to 1000, but we have also realized diameters until 2300 with limit tie rods set and vacuum rings. Rubber joint B-FLEX is normally used in the civil piping plants for water. They are built with different kinds of rubber that depend on the used fluid (EPDM, NBR, NEOPRENE, HYPALON, VITON etc..). It's connected by female thread ends GAS fillet in cast iron material, but we can supply also in stainless steel, bronze, brass, that is the best solution, for sanitary plants or near sea plants. These joints are named "PIPE METAL CONNECTORS". Differently from standard flanged rubber joints (that can absorbe axial, angular and lateral moves), are used only to absorbe little vibrations and for electrostatic isolation of plant. They are usually employed with pumps or valves and in any other situation where is necessary to eliminate vibrations or working noises. They are joined with flanges with fillet hoses directly into the rubber body, with flanges UNI PN 16 or PN 10 and the available diameters are from 20 to 200. Flanged rubber joints D-FLEX are built with double sphere rubber body, to agree more extended movements than the single sphere model A-FLEX. In fact these joint are used where the single sphere model cannot arrive, because the axial, angular and lateral movements requests are higher. Like other flanged models, also this D-FLEX model can be built with different kinds of rubber that depend on the used fluid (EPDM, NBR, NEOPRENE, HYPALON, VITON ecc..). These rubber joints are supplied with all flanges types (UNI PN 6, 10, 16, 25 ecc., ANSI 150, 300 ecc.) and with different materials (zinc carbon steel, stainless steel 304, 316 etc.). Rubber joints SPOOL TYPE are built with different kinds of rubber that depend on the used fluid (EPDM, NBR, NEOPRENE, HYPALON, VITON etc..). The difference of this joint from others (GT A-FLEX etc.) is the rubber body design. In fact this model has rubber body directly flanged with adding retaining ring also flanged (see the picture). In this way the rubber flange works like a big rubber washer to guarantee the capacity of the pressure, while other models (A-FLEX etc.) have little standard step. By this particular rubber flanged body, is possible to realize SPOOL TYPE rubber joints, until very big diameters (also higher than diameter 3000) with all request components (limit rods sets, vacuum rings etc.) and from customer's design. Like all the other rubber joints types, also for this one are possible all flanges types (UNI PN 6, 10, 16, 25 ecc., ANSI 150, 300 ecc.) with all standard materials (carbon steel, stainless steel 304, 316 etc.).
